James Dugger Joins AVB Bank Mortgage Center
(Broken Arrow, OK) – AVB Bank announces the addition of James Dugger to the AVB Mortgage Center. Dugger will serve as Vice President and Senior Mortgage Officer at the Tulsa Mingo branch (9800 E. 51st St., Tulsa, OK).
Dugger joins AVB Bank with more than 20 years of progressive experience in lending, mortgage operations, portfolio growth, and risk management. He has a proven track record of increasing loan production, reducing delinquencies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading teams across retail banking and mortgage operations. He brings a knowledgeable and customer-focused approach to helping individuals and families navigate the mortgage process.
Dugger will play a key role in enhancing mortgage processes, expanding offerings, and supporting the continued growth of AVB’s mortgage services. He joins a team of experienced, local loan originators and support staff dedicated to serving the community. His background as a business owner has also given him particular expertise in working with self-employed borrowers.

Dugger is a graduate of the Oklahoma Bankers Association’s Consumer Lending, Commercial Lending, and Intermediate Bank Schools. He serves on the Indian Nations Youth Sports Board and is a past president and board member of the Collinsville Chamber of Commerce.
