Highland is an accomplished leader in the mortgage industry, having over 30-years of management experience in sales, real estate, consumer finance and portfolio servicing.
Since Highland joined AVB Bank, he has been instrumental in streamlining the mortgage process, expanding mortgage offerings and growing and developing AVB’s Mortgage Center. He has assembled a team of high-quality loan originators and support staff of local industry experts that are passionate about serving clients.
As President of the AVB Mortgage Center, Highland serves on AVB Bank's Management Team.
A graduate of Iowa State University, Highland received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Highland and his wife, Karen, reside in Owasso, Oklahoma.

James Dugger serves as Vice President and Senior Mortgage Officer. He has experience in mortgage lending and banking operations, spanning back to 2006.
James has experience in mortgage lending, retail banking, and operations management. His background as a business owner also gives him valuable insight into working with self-employed borrowers and small business owners.
He is a graduate of the Oklahoma Bankers Association Consumer Lending, Commercial Lending, and Intermediate Bank Schools.
James currently serves on the Indian Nations Youth Sports Board and previously served as president and board member of the Collinsville Chamber of Commerce.

Tommy Gann serves as Mortgage Officer and Loan Originator of AVB Mortgage Center. He has over 20-years of experience in the mortgage and real estate industry.
Gann’s first career was spent in education. After 32-years as a teacher and administrator in the Sand Springs (Oklahoma) school district, he retired in 2002.
Combining his love of working with youth with his love of bowling, Gann currently serves as the Oklahoma High School Bowling (OHSB) Commissioner and encourages students to broaden their abilities and personalities as their confidence grows.
